Each year, the Museum pays special homage to our region’s independent artists and creators through our Holiday Showcase, which expands the Museum’s Mercantile into a holiday shopping opportunity to display works from York County and beyond. The Museum’s Showcase is a month-long event inside the Museum’s galleries.
This display of local art and craft is laid out like a brick-and-mortar store for shoppers to access so many amazing creations made by regional artists. Additionally, the Showcase offers a virtual component to sell items through the Museum’s online store so that everyone can have access to the event. Vendors do not have to be present to sell their work; this is more like a Museum exhibition of local works that will be open anytime the Museum is open.
