We’re hosting a celebration of the young child with literature and music on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in the galleries, to kick off the national Week of the Young Child (presented by National Association for the Education of Young Children).
This event is free, open to all young children (and their grownups) and begins at 10:30 AM with author reading & signing with Barbara Walsh (“The Lobster Lady”) followed immediately by playful, interactive music with award-winning children’s musician, Sammie Haynes, at 11:00 AM.
