Paper Marbling Workshop
This February vacation class is best for students from 7-12. Participants will have the opportunity to make decorative papers for book covers, bookmarks, cards and other crafts. Students will learn to marble paper in the traditional manner, by floating water-based paints onto a liquid surface and lifting these images. In addition, students will create decorative papers employing “faux” marbling techniques, using sponges, and feathers with water based paints to create patterns.
